HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking an experienced Clinical Site Director licensed as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC for a leadership role at a 16-bed residential treatment facility in Cleveland, OH, specializing in eating disorders.
- Clinical Site Director oversees daily operations, ensuring top-quality patient care and exceptional client experiences.
- Clinical Site Director leads a staff of approximately 60 team members, with 5-6 direct reports, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure staff engagement and growth.
- Clinical Site Director manages site performance, balancing clinical excellence with operational and financial sustainability.
- Clinical Site Director maintains a minimal caseload, mainly focused on covering intakes, groups, and meals rather than individual therapy
- Clinical Site Director ensures optimal census management and client flow.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in clinical mental health, social work, or a related field.
- Independent licensure in Ohio as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
- Proven leadership experience within a clinical setting.
