Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
Compensation Structure: Choose between W2 employee status or 1099 independent contractor options
What You’ll Do:
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations to determine clients' unique needs.
- Individualized Treatment Plans: Create, implement, and regularly update treatment plans tailored to each client’s situation.
- Empathetic Counseling: Provide client-centered individual, group, and family therapy focused on fostering positive outcomes.
- Collaborative Care: Work with service providers and agencies to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Transition Planning: Manage discharge planning and facilitate clients' transitions to appropriate services or programs.
- Crisis Intervention: Offer crisis intervention services while maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.
- Detailed Documentation: Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with requirements.
- Team Engagement: Participate in case reviews, clinical presentations, and utilization reviews, contributing to a collaborative work culture.
Qualifications:
- Licenses Required: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC (Supervised positions available for LGPC and LGADC).
- Experience: At least one year of experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment settings.
- Preferred: Experience with SUD Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
- Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Background Check: Must pass an acceptable background check.
