Healthcare Recruiters International seeks a Nurse Practitioner, NP / Physician Assistant, PA to join Student Health Services at a community college in Eugene, OR. This role focuses on providing primary care and mental health services to students in a supportive academic environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Flexible Schedule: 8 or 10-hour days, M-F, with a 3-day option in summer.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, physical exams, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostics, order lab tests, and maintain accurate health records.
  • Educate students on health practices and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support student wellness.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and FERPA standards within the Student Health Services environment.

Requirements:

  • For NP: Master’s in Nursing, active OR NP licensure.
  • For PA: Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, active OR PA licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, 1 year as an NP/PA preferred in community health or similar.

Preferred Experience:

  • Mental health, urgent care, or reproductive health.
  • Experience in college or community health settings.
