Key Responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioner, NP / Physician Assistant, PA:
- Provide care to up to 10 patients daily, delivering primary care and mental health services.
- Conduct physical exams, order lab tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate students on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner, NP / Physician Assistant, PA:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP): Master’s in nursing and active NP license in Oregon.
- Physician Assistant (PA): Master’s in physician assistant studies and active PA license in Oregon.
- 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year as an NP or PA.
- Experience in mental health, urgent care, or reproductive health preferred
