Excellent opportunities have come open due to expansion. Our facility treats adult patients in orthopedics and general physical therapy. We seek to add an additional PT to our outpatient clinic located near Estero Florida. Opportunity is daytime hours with a flex schedule; 4/10’s, 4/9 or 9-5 no call/ no weekends. Great opportunity for a physical therapist provider seeking to grow and learn and those looking to lead. Providers treat about 12 patient a day to include evaluations. Requires licensed in the state of Florida upon start date. Graduate from a program approved by commission for the accreditation of physical therapy education. Ideal candidates have experience of 2 or more years within an outpatient setting. Experienced within one or more areas of general and ortho a must.
Compensation up to 100K with quarterly bonus and sign on / relocation bonus. Excellent 3 weeks PTO paid federal holidays, medical, dental and 401(k). CME expense additional insurance covered by company. Leadership development program offered for those seeking advancement. Additional internal transfer opportunities offered to candidates that may seek to relocate to associated facilities throughout the United States.
