Your Role as Regional Medical Director
- 50% Clinical (Maine): Conduct patient evaluations, manage treatment plans, review charts, provide sign-offs, and ensure high-quality psychiatric care.
- 50% Administrative (New Hampshire): Oversee clinical programs, implement best practices, and drive process improvements across multiple treatment levels.
- Medical Leadership: Develop and refine medical protocols for detox, addiction treatment, and mental health services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations, collaborating with the Florida Medical Director for alignment on policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with patients, families, executive leadership, and clinical teams to enhance patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Quality & Innovation: Participate in program audits, introduce new clinical strategies, and drive improvements in care delivery.
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed MD/DO Psychiatrist in Maine (or willingness to obtain NH licensure).
- 5 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
- Leadership Expertise: Prior experience managing clinical teams or overseeing multi-site operations.
- Commitment to Excellence: Strong organizational skills, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for clinical innovation.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and executive leadership.
