HCRS is seeking a School-Based Team Lead to provide leadership and supervision to our team of professionals working with children and families in our Springfield location. The School-Based Team Lead manages the staffing needs in the Behavioral Interventionist Program and coordinates intakes and discharges for the Success Beyond Six program. The Team Lead will have the opportunity to provide individual and group supervision, collaborate closely with the schools and monitor the individualized plans of care. Our ideal candidate will have strong supervisory and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated effective case management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred plus three years of experience providing services to individuals with mental health challenges or developmental disabilities.
