Job Summary This position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements for government programs care management. Working with the business solutions lead to understand business strategy and translate into product requirementand ensure the GPD care management teams are able to effectively serve the members.
NOTE : This hybrid role (3 days in office) can be in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.
- Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and / or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
- Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
- Knowledge of requirements management and / or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and / or processes.
- Business acumen.
- Project management skills.
- Requirements definition and management.
- SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and / or Scrum development.
- Problem solving and / or analytical thinking.
- Possess ability to manage workload and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
- Written and verbal communications
- Attention to detail, self-starter & self-motivated
- Ability to partner with the business to create business process flows.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$60,300.00 - $133,400.00
