Job Summary
This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for enterprise national accounts. Serves as the primary point of contact for customer and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy.
Required Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in Account Management, Insurance / Sales or Health Care field OR 10 years’ experience in Account Management, Insurance / Sales or Health Care field
- Experience must include at least 2 years as a Strategic Account Executive for key accounts, Manager, internal or external Consultant, or high level Sales Executive
- Current state agent insurance license or obtain within 90 days of starting in role
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts
- Sales negotiation and conflict management skills
- Knowledge of health care industry regulations, products, market trends and competitive landscape
- Analytical and presentation skills including producing and analyzing reports / data, developing presentations, and maintaining databases of sales activities
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
96,400.00 - $144,500.00
