This position is responsible for maintaining and updating learning program infrastructure, including developing SharePoint sites, uploading and configuring WBT lessons, building audiences, tracking attendance, completing software testing and implementation, renewing licenses and maintaining user systems. Also identifying and automating manual processes. Additional duties include supporting the Learning Management System, and assisting with the implementation of learning solutions and evaluations

Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00

Required Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree plus 2 years of experience with learning technology OR 6 years of experience with Learning Technology
- Knowledge of adult learning theories
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, including subject matter experts
- Experience with Learning Management System or other related system/application
- Comfortable in navigating/learning/teaching new software and technology
- Accuracy in managing multiple projects
- Strong communication and skills
- In depth knowledge of insurance or health care
- Experience with instructional authoring tools
- Experience HTML, SCORM, HTML5
- Bachelor Degree in Instructional Design Technology
