This position reports into the Pharmacy Division and is responsible for Product Portfolio Optimization and Analytics. Drives performance optimization and enables best business decisions through data analytics; analysis of P&L, revenue & margins, financial analysis, comparative analysis, and operational effectiveness of product portfolio. Enabling evaluation and development of product line innovation and strategy; awareness of industry trends; and proactively ensures the execution/implementation of the next generation of products. Manages product funding process and tracking, executive reporting and presentation development; conveys complex information effectively.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 6 years experience in product analysis & reporting (performance measures, financial analysis, P&L, revenue, margins, metrics), strategic planning, research, project management, product administration/operations or relevant health care industry analysis & reporting OR 10 years of experience in (performance measures, financial analysis, P&L, revenue, margins, metrics), strategic planning, research, project management, product administration/operations or relevant health care industry analysis & reporting.
• Experience managing people or projects.
• Experience with multi-million dollar/multiyear business and/or technology project reporting and data analysis.
• Understanding of project management tools and methods.
• Financial (budget, revenue, cost, expenses) management experience as it relates to product portfolio performance or related projects/implementation/operations.
• Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent Presentation and group facilitation experience.
• Analytical and information synthesis skills.
• Business acumen and project/portfolio analysis skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff.
• Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
• Conflict management and resolution skills.
• Understanding of / experience with the SDLC.
  
  

Preferred Job Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Analytics or an area of study that focuses on critical thinking and problem solving activities.
• Tableau and/or other data visualization tools.
• Consulting experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products.
  
  

Reports into the office 3 days per week.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $180,700.00
