Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting and leading sales solutions implementation plans for group business, including new solutions and continuous improvement of existing sales capabilities and processes. Responsible for contributing to planning and executing training, communications, reporting, measurement of key sales data and new workstreams, as needed. Represent or act as the business lead for sales and account management business needs in enterprise initiatives.
Required Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree and 3 years of experience in a managed care, consulting, sales or project management OR 7 years of experience.
- Experience developing communications, tools, processes or strategies.
- Knowledge of group healthcare / managed care trends, products, and industry.
- Knowledge of sales, tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of training strategies and implementation process.
- Experience with dashboards and reporting.
- Results track record.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
60,300.00 - $133,400.00
