Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION
This position is responsible for identifying opportunities for diverse suppliers to support all functions at HCSC, research the pre-qualification of diverse suppliers, maintaining a procurement opportunity pipeline, integration of Supplier Diversity into other business processes (including Procurement), maintaining awareness and documentation of current and prospective supplier capabilities, supporting a network of Supplier Diversity champions across HCSC, developing responses to RFP questions relating to Supplier Diversity, and supporting the development of subcontracting plans. This role is hybrid / flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from the other two days.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain management or related field.
- 7 years’ experience working in a business environment.
- Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally and direct others on processes and procedures related to job duties.
- Project management skills; keen analytical skills; outstanding presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office suite.
- Verbal and written communications skills, including correct grammar, clear, concise and appropriate word choice and tone.
- Work management skills in prioritizing and managing workload.

Base Pay Range
58,800.00 - $130,100.00
