What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Product Designer II position at Health Care Service Group?
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience in product / UX Design / Graphic Design OR 6 years of experience in product / UX Design
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft engaging experiences across multiple channels (e.g. desktop and mobile)
- Understanding of the human centered design process
- History of staying informed about best practices in human centered design
- Experience practicing any or all of the following : HCD, Design Thinking, Visual Design, Mobile Design, Prototyping and Heuristics
- Understanding of how Design Systems add value
- Ability to rapidly prototype concepts
- Deliver value to the business through well-crafted and timely work
- Highly collaborative and able to self-start on a cross-functional team
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
- Welcome design critique and consistently iterate based on feedback
- Learn from everyone mindset
- Use prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, Adobe CC, Jira
- Experience with usability testing
- Drug screening and background investigation are required, as allowed by law
