QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of a four year accredited program of physical therapy and two years of experience, or a master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy or a combination of education and experience
Licensed in good standing as a Physical Therapist with the State of Maine. Current BLS
Possess strong communication, analytical, and observation skills
Ability to understand and interpret written orders
Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Maintains all current credentialing requirements
Valid State of Maine Driver's license and ability to be insured by employer's vehicle insurance carrier
