Physical Therapy
Hours: 8AM -4:30PM
Our dedicated rehabilitation team is committed to delivering exceptional results and the highest quality of care. We empower residents through personalized programs tailored to enhance their independence and abilities. We actively involve resident families in therapy sessions, caregiver education, and training to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
For short-term rehabilitation patients, our primary objective is to facilitate a swift return home by employing nursing care and targeted therapy. We collaborate with individuals to restore mobility and functionality, ensuring a seamless transition back to their regular lifestyle.
Physical Therapy
Our skilled physical therapy team focuses on attaining the resident’s maximum functional independence. Through the identification and rehabilitation of physical impairments, pain management, and injury prevention strategies, our experienced therapists develop customized treatment plans. Targeted areas of treatment include:
- Enhancing strength and mobility in the body and lower extremities
- Restoring motor control for residents recovering from strokes
- Improving coordination, balance, and walking ability post-fracture
- Enhancing overall strength conditioning, range of motion, and endurance
