Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated LTC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13 week contract for 40 hours per week; 5x8s with every other weekend. Currently have day and evening shifts available. To be considered for this position, you must have a valid NY LPN license. Pay rate posted is for a traveler; local rate will be paid hourly without stipend.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide patient education on various health conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of NY
- Basic life support certification
- 2 years of LTC experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
