Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated telemetry travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13 week contract for 36/48 hours per week (weeks will rotate with working 36 hours one week, followed by 48 hours the next week); 3x12s and 4x12s, night shift.
To be considered for this position, you must reside more than 100 miles from the facility.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide patient education on various health conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of WV or compact
- Basic life support certification
- Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have Meditech experience
