Pay: $ 40,040 per assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV insertion and management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure adherence to sterile processing techniques to maintain a safe environment.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and its application in clinical settings.
- Experience in hospice palliative medicine or home care is advantageous.
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and sterile processing practices.
- Knowledge of occupational health principles is a plus.
- Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center is beneficial.
