We are seeking a skilled travel CT technologist to join our team in New Britain, Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for CT scans, explaining the procedure and ensuring their comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan results, and equipment performance
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CT equipment to ensure optimal functionality
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field
- Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
