Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care to patients in the PICU, based on their unique needs and medical requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care.
Requirements for the Position:
- A current RN license in good standing.
- BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in PICU or critical care setting.
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
