HCSET is seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor to join our team.
The clinic is located in the Plum Grove/Terrenos area
General Summary: A leadership position responsible for taking ownership of the patient’s wellbeing as well as the growth of the office by supervising, training, and coordinating staff on a day-to-day basis to provide quality, cost effective patient care.
The Supervisor oversees the operations of the Front Desk staff, and other staff members as assigned, to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and to ensure that the front desk is staffed appropriately during peak times of high volumes.
Oversee and maintain the coordinated patient care flow to achieve better patient satisfaction.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- The supervisor is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of their site.
- The supervisor is responsible for handling all site complaints and addressing these from beginning to end involving the necessary parties.
- The supervisor is a working supervisor and will fill in gaps when needed.
- Participates in interviewing, hiring and evaluating prospective staff members.
- Performs performance reviews and coaching/disciplinary action for direct reports.
- Accountable for adhering to all established policies and procedures.
- Enforces compliance with policies and procedures for staff members under his/her supervision.
- Monitors patient scheduling for the site.
- Sets staff schedules and assignments for their area of responsibility.
- Holds staff member on their team accountable for providing quality customer service to all clients
- Responsible for insuring employees follow and abide by HCSET policy and procedures
- Reviews and enforces expectations for customer satisfaction standards for the staff team
- Review and approve time sheets in a timely manner, per policy.
- Oversees patient registration, patient insurance, CAC/Grant Eligibility, billing and collections, and data processing to ensure accurate patient billing and efficient account collection.

Experience:
- Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
- Medical Assistant: 3 years (Required)

- Medical Assistant Diploma (Required)
