Health Center of Southeast Texas is seeking a local candidate for our Community Outreach and Marketing position. This position is responsible for outreach and marketing for all HCSET clinics. Primary locations Cleveland, Shepherd and Livingston.
Salary based on years of experience
Must be willing to work occasional Saturday and evening events.

Responsible for communicating information related to the medical practice to various public groups including patients, referring physicians, payers, and the general public through activities, events, multiple media, including print (brochures, advertisements, newsletters, press releases, etc.) and electronic (television, radio, Internet). Will be required to drive to all our locations in Livingston, Shepherd, Liberty and Dayton for community visits. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum three years of marketing, outreach or sales experience. Marketing and/or public relations in the health care industry preferred.
- Collaborates with site managers, COO and other staff members in the development of communications and publications goals to best educate public groups about the medical practice and to promote the practice.
- Writes, designs, and coordinates placement and publication of ads, media announcements, marketing materials, publications at the approval of executive staff.
- Develops, designs, and coordinates new brochures and materials for clinical departments and/or refines existing materials, including physician directory.
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with local media. Coordinates interviews with media and appropriate medical practice managers.
- Manages medical practice's Website according to organizational objectives including writing updates and coordinating with the Web master to post current information.
- Coordinates community events hosted by community members or the medical practice.
- Arranges meetings with key representatives of business to educate them of the services rendered and possible partnerships.
- Keeps an organized and up to date inventory on any and all marketing supplies by following the center's marketing and outreach budget.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
