Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve unit/department goals
- Provide compassionate and therapeutic environment for patients and families
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications may be required for certain areas
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
