- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to develop coping skills and stress management techniques.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Service field required.
- Two years' experience in social work or mental health with youth or families preferred.
- Licensed professional (LPC, LMSW, LCSW) preferred.
