Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide empathetic and supportive therapy sessions to address clients' mental health concerns, promoting their overall well-being.
- Work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable treatment goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Regularly assess clients' progress and make adjustments to their treatment plans as needed.
- Document client sessions and progress thoroughly, ensuring accurate and informative records.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is essential for this position.
- Experience working with clients with diverse mental health needs and backgrounds is highly desirable.
- Hold licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
