The Intensive Outpatient Co-facilitator will assist in various aspects of our program, including intake screening and assessments, group facilitation, and individual/family sessions. Essential responsibilities include:
- Supporting the IOP Facilitator and/or Coordinator in daily operations
- Co-leading IOP groups using established therapeutic techniques
- Providing individual and family sessions as required
- Attending clinical supervision and treatment team meetings
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks
