We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our team as an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Facilitator.
Job Summary
The IOP Facilitator will work closely with clients and the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation:
- Develop and facilitate IOP group sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders.
