Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Therapist to provide high-quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.

• Provide evidence-based FCT Services that meet the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
• FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment to maintain certification and continue providing FCT services with HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC.
• Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
• Deliver FCT services to children, adolescents, and their families in their living environments, with a strong family focus.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field and at least two years of experience working with youth or families.
