**Overview**

Our Role: Assist Program Director in the training and mentorship of Intensive Outpatient (IOP) staff, communicate with customers and employees, coordinate day-to-day operations, and assist with orientation and training of IOP staff.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the IOP programs.
- Assist Program Director in recruitment and supervision of IOP staff.
- Assist with orientation, training, and mentoring of IOP staff.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing community partners, and develop regional territory.
- Ensure compliance with state regulatory bodies, payer sources, and accreditation organizations.
- Participate in Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) processes and strategic planning to identify quality measures and solutions for improvement.
**Requirements:**
- 2 years experience working with children (includes internships, volunteer work, etc.).
- Prefer licensed eligible or fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LICSW, etc.).
