About the Role
As a Mental Health Therapist at HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in various settings.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs and appropriate interventions.
- Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Ensure regular contact and follow-up with individuals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
