Healthcare Services Manager

Overview: As a Clinical Supervisor at Health Connect America, Inc., you will oversee the delivery of high-quality mental and behavioral health services to children, families, and adults across the nation. Our team provides comprehensive support through various settings, including homes, communities, and office environments. Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and stakeholders to answer inquiries, disseminate information, and address complaints.
• Assign caseloads and contribute to identifying staffing needs.
• Coordinate and conduct orientation and ongoing training sessions for staff members.
• Collaboratively develop staff in consultation with the Program Director.
• Provide one-on-one clinical supervision to direct care staff and maintain documentation of supervision sessions.
• Provide clinical oversight in day-to-day operations, including handling client crises.
• Foster communication and collaboration among staff through facilitated meetings.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and reviewing monthly financial statements.
• Participate in developing the annual strategic plan.
• Cultivate and nurture positive working relationships with referral sources to ensure service delivery and regional growth.
• Maintain compliance with state regulatory bodies and COA standards.
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for staff positions.
• Review and ensure the completeness of clinical documentation, adhering to established timelines.
• Manage all client authorization requirements, including timely pre-certifications, concurrent reviews, and discharges.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide direct services to families, as needed.
• Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities and audits, as well as development and implementation of improvement plans.
