">The Role
">We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced multi-state Psychiatric Med Clinic Program as a Clinical Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical and administrative support, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
">Responsibilities

- Assist with front office duties such as inbound/outbound calls, voicemails, faxes, scheduling, referrals, and verifying insurance ">
- Ensure demographics and insurance are up-to-date in the Electronic Health Record ">
- Complete documents, upload documents, and maintain the Electronic Health Record ">
- Submit refill requests to the practitioner, communicate and call in approved refills to the Pharmacy while documenting efforts within the Electronic Health Record ">
- Complete nursing assessments while documenting and billing process notes in the Electronic Health Record ">
- Serve as the clinical support liaison between practitioner, other professionals, and agencies as it relates to the patient ">
- Assist practitioners in submitting Prior Authorization (PA) requests for medication ">
- If on-site, transport self independently to attend clinic days ">
- Affiliate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing ">
- Hold a current Registered Nurse license in the state where services are provided ">
