Job Description

The Therapist and Support Specialist will play a crucial role in our team's mission to provide holistic care to clients. This position involves conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment teams to create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Prioritize self-care and maintain regular contact with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years experience working with children and/or families.
• Eligibility for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
