Job Description
The Mental Health Professional will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs and appropriate interventions.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.
- Delivering therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Implementing therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Additionally, candidates must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or ALC, depending on the state they reside in.
