Job Title
The Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Facilitator will be responsible for leading group sessions and providing individual and family therapy as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Group Facilitation:
- Facilitate IOP group sessions using industry recognized therapeutic modalities.
- Monitor client participation and engagement in group sessions.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in human services or related field.
- 2 years' experience working in addictive/co-occurring disorders.
