Your role will involve engaging in community outreach to promote mental health services and attracting new referrals.
The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs and appropriate interventions
- Utilizing standardized assessment tools and techniques to gather relevant information
- Creating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team
- Delivering therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Implementing therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and hold a current professional license in the state where services are provided. Additional state-specific licensure qualifications apply.
