We are seeking a highly skilled School-Based Therapist to join our team at Health Connect America. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents in school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.
- Collaborate with educational staff to support students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and utilize standardized assessment tools to gather relevant information.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two years experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
- Must be eligible for professional licensure in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
