Foundations for Home and Community, a non-profit organization established in 2000, provides therapeutic / specialized foster care services in Maryland. Youth served in Foundations typically have abandonment, family, emotional, and behavioral issues, as well as educational and community-related concerns. We specialize in providing an innovative approach to working with at-risk youth and their families. We apply Systems of Care principles to create public / private community partnerships that :
