- NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Active state license required
- One year of post-acute care experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Participate in community health projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Liaise with patients and families
- Demonstrate good body mechanics
- Make independent decisions as needed
- Knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships
- Follow treatment plans and chart appropriately
- Exhibit excellent customer service
- Assist in patient evacuation
- Communicate effectively in a team
- Maintain regular attendance and good judgment
