- Ordering food and managing meal assembly for accuracy.
- Ensuring food is served attractively and tastes quality.
- Maintaining food safety and proper temperature records.
- Overseeing food delivery and dishwashing processes.
- Valid CDM or CFM Certification.
- Preferred Serve Safe Certification.
- Two years of related experience in institutional food service.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
