Dietary Department Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee meal preparation and service for regular and therapeutic diets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include:

• Ordering food and managing meal assembly for accuracy.
• Ensuring food is served attractively and tastes quality.
• Maintaining food safety and proper temperature records.
• Overseeing food delivery and dishwashing processes.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Valid CDM or CFM Certification.
• Preferred Serve Safe Certification.
• Two years of related experience in institutional food service.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
