- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State.
- One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
- CPR certification required upon hire.
- Participate in community health projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Liaison with patients and families for care planning.
- Demonstrate good body mechanics and decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
- Follow treatment plans and chart appropriately.
- Exhibit excellent customer service.
- Assist in patient evacuation and demonstrate regular attendance.
- Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
