What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits position at Health Connect South?
We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
- Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
- Earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at $80 per completed assessment.
- Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model.
- Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives.
- Must have a state license and a Master's degree.
- Expected hours: minimum of 10 per week.
- Work location: On the road.
