Responsibilities

The Home Health Occupational Therapist - PPV PRN is responsible for delivering quality rehabilitative therapy, promoting the company's values, and ensuring ethical conduct. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing occupational therapy plans of care.
• Conducting patient assessments and evaluations.
• Providing education to patients, families, and team members.
• Supervising paraprofessionals and planning for patient discharge.
• Participating in quality improvement programs and interdisciplinary meetings.
  
  

Qualifications include a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy and preferably one year of relevant experience. An active state license is required. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to handle physical demands in a healthcare setting.
