Job Summary: Provides direct and indirect patient care in an office/clinic setting while adhering to regulatory requirements and nursing policies. Communicates patient clinical conditions and diagnostic results with physicians and team members.

• Required Licenses: Licensed Practical Nurse or Current RN Licensure in Kentucky or multistate compact status.
• Required Skills: Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or obtained within 90 days), critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a stressful environment.
• Language Skills: Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
