We are seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead a team of nurses and nursing assistants in delivering high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The RN will communicate changes in resident conditions to families and physicians, modify care plans as needed, and conduct Quality Assurance audits.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current state nursing licensure, and knowledge of geriatric care.
