Position Overview:
Health Consultants Plus, Inc. is seeking a qualified and dedicated Interim Nursing Home Administrator with an active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license to provide leadership and support to our client facilities across the state. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in long-term care management and a passion for ensuring high-quality care for residents during transitional periods. As an Interim Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead and manage staff, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and high standards of care.
- Monitor and assess financial performance, including budget management and cost control.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, families, and staff to ensure resident satisfaction and well-being.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by residents, families, or staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the facility is fully prepared for state and federal inspections and audits.
- Provide leadership during the interim period, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar leadership role in long-term care.
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Proven ability to manage teams, foster a positive work culture, and enhance patient care outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
