What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide/Server position at Health Dimensions Group (HDG)?
Northern Lights is looking for Full-Time Dietary Aides on AM shift (6A-2:30P) and a Part-Time Dietary Aide on PM shift (11:30A-8P) to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents in our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living community. The Dietary Aide performs designated work and cleaning routines for the dietary department and is accountable to the Dietary Manager. This position is an integral role that is the heartbeat of this community. We know that our Team’s commitment and relationship with our residents is critical in supporting their quality of life and satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-centric environment, excels in innovation and accountability, and has a love for serving seniors. There is a requirement to work every other weekend within these role.
