Traveling Director of Wellness

Dimensions Living is looking for a full-time Senior Director of Wellness (RN) to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our assisted living communities. This position will travel between the four Dimensions Living AL Communities as needed and will be housed out of the location most convenient for the applicant (Beaver Dam, Cudahy, Fitchburg, and Jefferson). Each community is an Assisted Living with 20 beds - mileage is reimbursed for this role. 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for the organization, planning and direction of the entire nursing service and for the development of rules, regulations, policies and procedures for the resident care program and assists the administrator in the development of overall policy for the institution. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment in regards to matters of significance.
