Health Dimensions Group is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for their client, Dove Healthcare, to oversee and lead the ongoing operations across all divisions. What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️)

✅ Lead & Inspire Organizational Excellence:

• Oversee all divisions to ensure high-quality services, compliance, and financial stability.
• Supervise building administrators, directors, and regional leaders, fostering a strong leadership culture.

✅ Drive Business Strategy & Financial Performance:

• Establish and execute short-term objectives and long-term goals in alignment with organizational growth.
• Oversee financial structure, ensuring adequate funding and sound financial health.
• Monitor operational and financial performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.

✅ Ensure Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and industry regulations.
• Serve as the key representative for government agencies, employees, and the public.

✅ Foster Collaboration & Communication:

• Promote unity and cooperation across facilities, creating a culture of excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, directors, and leadership teams by providing frequent updates and insights.

✅ Support & Develop Leadership Teams:

• Lead executive hiring, training, and development to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Leadership Expertise 😃)

✔ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
• Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Extensive experience in skilled nursing and assisted living operations.
• Proven track record of success as a Nursing Home Administrator or healthcare executive.

✔ Business & Financial Acumen:

• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiencies.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

✔ Strategic & Operational Expertise:

• Exceptional ability to drive business strategy and operational growth.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

✔ Leadership & Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative and inspiring leader with the ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams.

✔ Adaptability & Problem-Solving:

• Ability to navigate complex challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
